T&Cs ( Terms & Conditions )

- DO NOT back out once you sent in your order form
- NO REFUND , we will only give you back your refunds unless items went OOS etc
- Orders are only available for those who are living in Singapore
- All goods and merchandises are to be collected within 2 months , if not we will assume that you do not want your items anymore

- All items are non exchangeable
- Payments to be made before filling in the order form!
- Cash on delivery is NOT allowed unless we state there
- Please allow an allowance of 1-2 cm for the measurement of items for replicas

- Sizing Chart for various replicas are different so do check the Sizing Chart carefully
- By submitting the order form, it means that you have agreed to the T&C of EXOWAVESG

Qn: Where do you get all your merchandise & goods ?
Ans: From my supplier in Japan OR Korea OR Other countries

Qn: Are all merchandise & goods inclusive of shipping fee?
Ans: Depends. Please read the description!

Qn: When should I do my payment for my merchandises/goods?
Ans: Please refer to the batch deadline or payment deadline

Qn: Are postage included in all merchandise & goods?
Ans: NO. Postage fees have to be paid separately

Qn: How much are the postage fees?
Ans: It depends on the weight.

Qn: How long does it take for the merchandises/goods to arrive?
Ans: About 1-2 weeks or so

Qn: Where do you do meet-ups for collections?
Ans: Usually in Toa Payoh MRT ONLY

Qn: How long do you usually reply to our tweets/mentions OR emails?
Ans: We usually try our best to reply within 24-48  hours!

Qn: How can we check if our order is taken down?
Ans: Please do check under the tab ” Order status ” if your order is taken down!

Qn: When will you sent in the orders?
Ans: Usually on Saturdays or Sundays (depending on which orders and when is the batch deadline)
